January 21, 28, and February 4
Just as the Holy Family was forced to flee King Herod, becoming refugees in the land of Egypt, so today more than 21 million children, women, and men are forced to flee for their lives to escape persecution and violence. Each and every one of these 21 million is a person with a story, with a name, with hopes and dreams. A beloved child of God.
Each class in this series teaches and empowers. You will come away with a deeper understanding of Episcopal Migration Ministries, refugee resettlement, the stories of our new American neighbors, and how God is calling you into this work.
